In this session, we will delve into key characteristics of four highly effective elementary schools in Millard. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the essential characteristics that contribute to the success of these highly effective elementary schools, enabling them to apply these principles in their own educational settings. Areas of focus will include Leadership, Systems, Common Language, Use of Resources, and Data-Driven Decision Making. While the research took place in elementary buildings, the effective characteristics are applicable to all grade levels.
