Join UNK Teacher Education faculty and ESU 10 Teaching and Learning team members as they delve into the pressing issue of teacher shortages. Over the past two years, the College of Education and ESU 10 have collaborated to support early career teachers through an Educator Shortage Grant awarded by the Nebraska Department of Education in 2022. This presentation will discuss research findings from an early career educator cohort of teachers in the first three years of teaching, practical solutions, and collaborative insights.
