Have you ever caught yourself wondering, "I hope my staff doesn't walk out on me," after spending the day addressing student behaviors? If so, you're not alone. It's no surprise to any administrator to hear that the trend line is going up regarding student behaviors. This session shifts the thinking from what we can do for students to what we can do to help support the adults who work with student behaviors. In this session, administrators will learn about burnout, how to present strategies for teachers, and strategies for administrators to use when supporting their staff who work with the most difficult of behaviors.
