Administrators' Days

School leaders are expected to maintain good working relationships with everyone - ages five to ninety-five, inside and outside of their classrooms, conference rooms, and communities. This session, based on work done at the Harvard Negotiation Project, will provide practical tools for understanding friction in working relationships and contentious issues, and for building and repairing trust in the relationships that matter most.
