Get SET Nebraska is an NDEOSE grant funded initiative helping districts build strong foundations to impact retention of Special Education teachers. The program has positively impacted over 50 schools. This session will provide attendees tools to begin building a district retention plan. The team will present NDE 22-23 special education retention data, ready to use resources and supports, and professional development opportunities for administrators.
