Evaluation is often viewed as a compliance-driven assessment, but this session will challenge that perspective. Participants will explore how a group of NE leaders are working to reframe evaluation as a framework for meaningful feedback and professional development. By aligning evaluation with the goal of improving specific instructional skills and practices, educators can become active partners in the process.
