Rule 10 requires districts and schools to engage in continuous improvement. Some may view this as a function of compliance. What if educators viewed continuous improvement through a lens of building a culture of commitment rather than from the perspective of required compliance? This session, based on Victoria Bernhardt’s work, will review the pitfalls of engaging in continuous improvement through the lens of compliance and will explore the positive outcomes of building a culture of commitment.
